James W. "Barney", "Jimmy" King Sr. 70 of Uniondale, IN, died Wednesday, March 26, 2014, at 8 a.m. at his residence.
Mr. King attended Bluffton High School. He worked at Gerber Feed Mill in Bluffton for many years. He was also a truck driver for Ormsby Trucking Company for many years along with other trucking companies. Recently he ran parts for Expert Transmission in Bluffton for the last 12 years. He also delivered ATVs for Fear Power Sports in Berne.
He was born May 29, 1943, in Bluffton to Gerald and Anna Louise Bennett King. He marred Robin L. Lloyd on Jan. 11, 1986, in Wells County. She survives.
Also surviving are two daughters, Tammy King, of Poneto, Penny (Kent) Clanin, of Delray Beach, FL, four sons, James (Kim) King Jr. and Kevin (Pam "Gert") King, both of Montpelier;, Jonathan "John-Boy" Bailey, of Tecumseh, MI; and Jamie King, of Bluffton; a daughter-in-law, Amy Reynolds-King, of Hartford City; an adopted daughter, Anne "Annie Banannie" Bailey, of Uniondale; three brothers, Gerald "Slug" (Rosie) King, of Vera Cruz; Dick (Sandy) King, of Bluffton; and Kenny (Emmy) King, of Liberty Center; two sisters, Dian (Jim) Grover, of Bluffton, and Linda Crews, of Amity, AR; 18 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will Saturday, March 29, 2014, at the Thoma Rich Funeral Home, Bluffton, with Rev. Lyle Breeding officiating. Burial followed at Fairview Cemetery in Bluffton.
