Frederick W. 'Fred' Ludlow Jr.

Frederick Warren "Fred" Ludlow Jr., 62, of Marion IN, and having family members in Huntington, IN, died Sunday, April 20, 2014, in Marion.

Mr. Ludlow was a 1969 graduate of Oak Hill High School and a veteran of the United States Army. He had worked at the Marion VA Medical Center, Glass Containers and RCA.

He was born Nov. 8, 1951, in Marion to Frederick Warren Sr. and Naomi Margaret Bosworth Ludlow. He married Wanda McKinney on June 1, 1971, and she survives.

Additional survivors include a daughter, Heather Travis, of Huntington; a son, Jacob Warren (Michelle) Ludlow, of Gas City; four sisters, Mona (Vic Coffel) Cook, of Gas City; Cindy (Frank Kibble) McCormick, of Fairmount; Teri (Barry) Bunker, of Converse; and Janice (Rob) Landfert, of Fairmount; two brothers, Jim (Lynda) Ludlow, of Avon, and Tim (Sue) Ludlow, of Greenwood; his mother-in-law, Zella McKinney, of Marion; four grandchildren, Amber (Alex) Hanson, Lacey (Nickolas) Guhl, Olivia Newsome and Lillian Ludlow; and two great-grandchildren.

Calling is Friday, April 25, 2014, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, Storey Chapel, 400 E. Main St., Gas City. There will be no service.
