Juylish Donna Boyer, 54, of Huntington, IN, died Friday, Jan. 15, 2010, at 2:25 a.m. at her home.

Mrs. Boyer most recently worked in housekeeping at Hickory Creek Nursing Center. She had also worked in housekeeping at Huntington University and as a CNA at Meadowvale Health and Rehabilitation Center in Bluffton.

She was born Feb. 22, 1955, in Berrien, MI, to John E. and Florene Maxine Davis Green. Her mother survives in Inverness, FL. She married Dale "Tim" Boyer in 1998. Her husband survives.

Additional survivors include three sons, Darwin Burnworth, Ryan Burnworth and Clifford (Jessica) Burnworth, all of Huntington; four daughters, Lisa Burnworth-Galo, Darlene (Andy) Burnworth-Gray and Mechelle (Chris) Wilhelm, all of Huntington, and Mandy (Roy) Kipp-Barton, of Montpelier; and 22 grandchildren.

A service will be held Wednesday, Jan. 20, 2010, at 2 p.m., with calling one hour prior to the service, at Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel, 2901 Guilford St.,
Huntington. Rev. Larry Rice will officiate. Interment will be at Hillcrest Cemetery, Huntington.
