Christopher James Cook, 37, of Huntington, IN, died Tuesday, Jan. 19, 2010, at 9:50 p.m. at Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne.

Mr. Cook had worked in concrete construction.

He was born Sept. 26, 1972, in Huntington to John Michael and Joyce Venitta Beacom Cook. He married Angel Martin on Oct. 18, 2003, in Huntington. His wife survives.

Additional survivors include a daughter, Haylee Cook, of Huntington; four sisters, Michelle Potts, of Fort Wayne; and Wendy (Brent) Stebing, Kimberly (Kyle) Emery and Danielle Cook, all of Huntington; and three brothers, Michael (Cindy) Cook, Jeremy Cook and Patrick (Vanessa) Cook, all of Huntington.

A service was held Saturday, Jahn. 23, 2010, at Deal-Rice Funeral Home, Huntington Chapel, with Rev. Brunk Conley officiating. Burial was at Star of Hope Cemetery, Huntington.

Casketbearers were Zach Martin, Theo Martin, Michael Martin, Pat Cook, Gary Martin, Bill Clark, Michael Cook, Jeremy Cook and Kenny Brockhaus. Honorary casketbearers were Angel Cook and Haylee Cook.
