Randy L. Williams, 58, of Andrews, IN, died Thursday, Jan. 14, 2010, at his brother's home in Huntertown.

Mr. Williams graduated from Harding High School in Marion, OH, in 1969 and later graduated from Ivy Tech College in Fort Wayne. He was a sheet metal worker and had worked for Fort Wayne Structural Steel, J.O. Mory's and Leon Brown, Inc. He was active in softball leagues in the Fort Wayne and Huntington areas until being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 1994.

He was born March 3, 1951, in Marion, OH, to Donald L. and Marilyn L. Sekinger Williams.

Survivors include two daughters, Stephanie (Paul) Neyer, of Fairfield, OH, and Sarah John, of Columbus, OH; a son, Brad (Noel) Williams, of Hamilton, OH; a brother, Rick (Heather) Williams, of Huntertown; and seven grandchildren.

He is also survived by his former wife, Valerie Werner, of Columbus, OH.

A memorial service will be held Wednesday, Jan 27, 2010, at 2 p.m. at American Legion Post 240, 203 Ley St., Avilla.

Preferred memorials are gifts to the family, in care of Rick Williams, to help cover expenses.
