Roger Green

Roger Green, 80, of Huntington, IN, died Monday, Jan. 25, 2010, at 9:05 p.m. at Oakbrook Village in Huntington.

Mr. Green had been employed by Pat's Cabinet Shop as a paint sprayer for 25 years.

He was born Sept. 11, 1929, in Lake Butler, FL, to Jeff and Reba Anderson Green. He married Doris M. Spath Bruner on July 16, 1979, in Clinton, VA. His wife survives.

Additional survivors include three stepsons, James L. Bruner, of Lincolnville; William E. Bruner, of Umatilla, FL; and Bruce A. (Lori) Bruner, of Huntington; two stepdaughters, Saundra K. Bruner and Pamela Ludwig, both of Huntington; four sisters, Wilma (Kenneth) Holmes, of Huntington, and Murley Dyer, Lennie Earhart and Joyce Garrison, all of Andrews; 14 stepgrandchildren; 28 stepgreat-grandchildren; and two stepgreat-great-grandchildren.

A service was held Friday, Jan. 29, 2010, at Bailey-Love Mortuary,  Huntington. Rev. Russell Buzzard officiated. Burial will be at a later date.

Honorary pallbearers were Travis Bruner, Jake Bruner, Jeffery Bruner, Casey Keyser, Joey Robbins and Tom T. Baker.
