Louis A. Crago

Louis Alyn Crago, 80, of Huntington, IN, died Tuesday, April 12, 2016, at his home.

Mr. Crago worked as a tool and die maker at Fisher Body for 32 years. He was a member of the First Brethren Church, in Huntington, and a lifetime member of the Eagles Lodge, American Legion Posts 85 and 7 and the Moose Lodge, all in Huntington.

He was born April 29, 1935, in Warren to LeRoy and Ellen Harnish Crago. He married Patty Evans on June 14, 1953, and she preceded him in death on Dec. 23, 2010.

Survivors include a son, Michael A. (Laretta) Crago, of Warren; two daughters, Jane Mongold, of Huntington, and Roberta (Harry) Meyer, of Zolfo Springs, FL; four grandchildren, Dee Dee (Dan) Larkey, Aleisha (Matt) Collins, Billy Mongold and Mike Mongold; and four great-grandchildren.

Calling is Friday, April 15, 2016, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, Huntington. A service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, April 16, 2016, at 10 a.m., with Rev. Diane Teusch officiating. Burial will be at Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Huntington County.
