Michelle M. Eckert, 38, of Huntington, IN, died on Sunday, Feb. 7, 2010, at 12:30 a.m. at her home.

Mrs. Eckert graduated in 1989 from Huntington North High School. She received her Licensed Practical Nurse (L.P.N.) degree from Ivy Tech in Fort Wayne.

She worked as an L.P.N. at Heritage Pointe in Warren for 14 years and most recently at Norwood Health and Rehabilitation in Huntington. She was a member of The Awakening Community Church in Huntington.

She was born on May 25, 1971, in Huntington to Roger and Shelley Arquette. They survive.

Also surviving are three daughters, Olivia, Elizabeth and Gabrielle Eckert, all of Huntington; and one brother, Matt (Julie) Arquette, of Huntington.

Calling is Wednesday, Feb. 10, 2010, from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at The Awakening Community Church, 251 Hauenstein Rd., Huntington. A funeral service will be held on Thursday, Feb. 11, 2010, at 11 a.m. at The Awakening Community Church, with Rev. Jeff Carrell officiating.
