Jack Engledow

Jack Engledow, 77, of Wabash, IN, and having family in Huntington, IN, died Friday, Aug. 12, 2016, at 5:25 a.m. at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home, in Fort Wayne.

He was born Aug. 14, 1938, in Wabash to Leon and Edna Mae Ross Engledow. He married Judith Kaye Gore in Wabash on Jan. 26, 1958. She survives.

Mr. Engledow was a 1956 graduate of Wabash High School. He was an auto body and paint man before retiring. He was a member of the Idlers Car Club.

Additional survivors are two children, Mark (Debbie) Engledow, of Wabash, and Tracy Brickley, of Huntington; two brothers, Bobby Lee Engledow, of Ravenna, TX, and Randy (Jan) Engledow, of Silver Lake; five grandchildren, Amber (Josh) Gray, of Carmel; Carrie (Tommy) Le, of Fort Wayne; Andrea (Eric) Kloer and Alyssa Brickley, both of Huntington; and Jack L. (Stefani) Engledow of Wabash; and three great-grandsons.

Calling is Monday, Aug. 15, 2016, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service, 1241 Manchester Ave., Wabash. A funeral service will be held Tuesday, Aug. 16, 2016, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home, with David Phillips officiating. Burial will be in Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Marion.
