Norma L. Bosworth

Norma L. Bosworth, 89, of Ridgeville, IN, and a native of Huntington County, IN, died Thursday, March 23, 2017, at her son’s home in Bluffton.

Mrs. Bosworth graduated from Union Center High School, Huntington County, in 1946, and earned a registered nurse degree from Lutheran Hospital School of Nursing in 1949. She had worked at Wells County Community Hospital, South View Rest Home, Meadowvale Nursing and Rehabilitation, Hickory Creek Nursing and Rehabilitation, Agape Special Needs Fresh New Start and the Torchlight Restaurant in Fiat. She was also part owner of Peacock Tool and Die, in Montpelier.

She was a member of the Redkey Order of the Eastern Star, a past grand representative of Rhode Island and a member of the Jay County Historical and Genealogy Society. She had lived in the Wells County area before moving to Ridgeville.

She was born Aug. 31, 1927, in Huntington County to John Frederick “Fred” and Hazel G. Brumbaugh Kline. She is survived by her husband, Kenny G. Bosworth, of Ridgeville. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Clyde W. “Jim” Alberson.

Survivors include a son, Steven M. (Cindy L.) Kline, of Bluffton; a stepson, Gary W. Bosworth, of Goodlin; a stepdaughter, Nancy K. Fulaytar, of Anderson; a brother, Kenneth C. Kline, of Markle; a granddaughter, Melissa L. Pagano, of Ocala, FL; three great-grandchildren; several stepgrandchildren; and two stepgreat-grandchildren.

Calling is Monday, March 27, 2017, from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m., with an Eastern Star service at 7 p.m., at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home, 1098 W. Windsor St., Montpelier. A service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, March 28, 2017, at 11 a.m., with Rev. Keith Hall officiating. Interment will be at Alberson Cemetery.
