Harold L. Pace, 64, of Auburn, IN, and a former employee of a Huntington, IN, business, died Tuesday, March 9, 2010, at Wesley Health Care Center, Auburn.
Mr. Pace, a resident of Converse for most of his life, was a former employee of Meridian Automotive in Huntington. He attended the Sweetser Wesleyan Church. He served in Vietnam with the United States Army.
He was born March 2, 1946, in Muncie to Harold Leroy and Helen Kin Pace. He married Loretta Garner on Aug. 16, 1969. His wife survives.
Additional survivors include two daughters, Katherine Cornett, of Sweetser, and Lelia (Jason) Bowland, of Amboy; a son, Charles (Cheryl) Pace, of Bippus; two sisters, Donna Dodson, of Muncie, and Tonya (David) Knutson, of Phoenix, AZ; 11 grandchildren, Crystal, Brandi, Alexia, Jessie, Lauren, Dakotia, Alycia, George, Brandon, Colby and Peytonn; and three great-grandchildren.
Calling is Friday, March 12, 2010, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion. A service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, March 13, 2010, at 10 a.m., with Rev. Dave Parker officiating. Burial will be at Gardens of Memory Cemetery, Huntington County.
