Bonnie J. Hare

Bonnie J. Hare, 66, of Columbia City, IN, and having family members in Huntington, IN, died Tuesday, Oct. 3, 2017, at her home.,

Mrs. Hare graduated from Larwill High School in 1969. She worked at Auto Liv, in Columbia City, from 1998 to 2009 and later worked at Magnavox, in Columbia City, for 13 years. She attended Gospel Land Ministries.

She was born May 1, 1951, in Columbia City to Harley and Viola M. Pritchard King. She married Ted R. Hare on Nov. 1, 1991, and he preceded her in death. She is survived by her companion, Bill Parker.

Survivors include a daughter, Tracy (Jason) McClanahan, of Columbia City; a son, Randy (Shantal Wilkerson) Crabill, of Columbia City; two stepdaughters, Cheryl (Scott) States, of Columbia City, and Nicole (Robert) Fravel, of Decatur; two stepsons, Kim (Diana) Hare, of Columbia City, and Jason Hare, of Florida; a sister, Peggy (Keith) Kidd, of Huntington; a brother, Roger (Karen) King, of Columbia City; five grandsons; and numerous stepgrandchildren.

Calling is Friday, Oct. 6, 2017, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City. A service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, Oct. 7, 2017, at 10 a.m., with Rev. Curtiss Johnson officiating. Burial will be at Nolt Cemetery.
