David W. Rolston

David Wayne Rolston, 75, of Bluffton, IN, and having relatives in Markle, IN, died Saturday morning, Feb. 17, 2018, at Markle Health & Rehabilitation.

Mr. Rolston was a 1961 graduate of Decatur High School, and briefly served in the United States Navy until he was honorably discharged. He retired from Central Soya after almost 40 years of service. He was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church and was also a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose 242 of Bluffton.

He was born Jan. 6, 1943, in Decatur to Bert and Martha Marbaugh Rolston. He married Deanna Thiese on May 24, 1980 in Bluffton, and she survives.

Additional survivors include two sons, William Rolston and Rob Rolston, both of Bluffton; four grandchildren, Kyler Rolston, Brayden Rolston, Evan Rolston and Dominic Noles.

Calling is Saturday, Feb. 24, 2018, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Calvary Lutheran Church in Bluffton, with a memorial service beginning immediately following visitation.  Rev. Jeremy Russell will officiate.  

Goodwin–Cale & Harnish Memorial Chapel in Bluffton is in charge of arrangements.
