Jeffrey V. Bouillon

Jeffrey V. Bouillon, 61, of Fort Wayne, IN, and having family in Roanoke, IN, died Tuesday, May 1, 2018.

Mr. Bouillon graduated from Fort Wayne Snider High School in 1975, and from Purdue University in 1980, receiving a Bachelor of Science from the latter in the hotel, restaurant and institutional management program. He worked in food management service and later in home and office protection service.

He was born March 5, 1957, in Bowling Green, OH, to Richard L. and Harriet A. Weber Bouillon. Richard married Alice Culbert in 1962 after Harriet Weber died in 1961, and she adopted the children of Richard and Harriet. Alice Bouillon survives in Fort Wayne.

Additional survivors are two brothers, Phillip (Debra) Bouillon, of Roanoke, and Lee (Melanie) Bouillon of Fort Wayne; and two sisters Anne (James) Vought, of Fort Wayne, and Andrea (Ed) Eldred, of Lowell.

There will be no formal service. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Arrangements were handled by Midwest Funeral Home and Cremation Society.

Memorials may be made to the Cancer Research Institute or Visiting Nurse Hospice Home in Fort Wayne.
