Joyce E. McClure

Joyce E. McClure, 68, of Roanoke, IN, died Sunday, July 14, 2019, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.

Mrs. McClure was a graduate of Huntington North High School. She owned and operated her own cleaning service. She also worked as a home healthcare provider. She was a member of Sonrise Church Munson Chapel.

She was born Nov.18, 1950, in Fort Wayne to Max D. and Elsie G. Burris Baker.

Survivors include a daughter, Janelle (Chris) Fancil, of Syracuse; two sons: Joe Weller of LaFontaine, and Ches (Heather) McClure, of Huntington; two brothers, Cecil Baker, of Fort Wayne, and Tracy (Sherry) Baker, of Roanoke; two sisters, Shirley Wall, of Fort Wayne, and Jeanie (Mike) Eckert, of Columbia City; six grandchildren, Sydney (Josh) Doctor, Tess Fancil, Haylee (Jarrus) Jones, Madalyn Weller and Cameron Covey; and a great-grandchild, Nevaeh Jones.

She was preceded in death by a grandchild, Carleigh Rose McClure.

Calling is Thursday, July 18, 2019, from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel, 2901 Guilford St., Huntington. A funeral service will be held Friday, July 19, 2019, at 11 a.m., with one hour of calling prior to the service, at the Myers Funeral Home Huntington Chapel, 2901 Guilford St. Interment will be held at the Glenwood Cemetery at a later date.
