Lois I. “Lou” Clark

Lois I. “Lou” Clark, 84, of North Manchester, IN, and with family in Huntington, IN, died Sept. 19, 2020, at her home.

Mrs. Clark started Clark’s Video and Electronics in North Manchester with her husband in 1985 and ran it until 2007 when they retired. She also owned and operated a dog grooming business for 30 years and did laundry for the North Manchester Clinic and also for various families in the North Manchester area. She was also a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Wabash.

She was born Dec. 22, 1935, in Wabash, to Donald and Barbara Randell Hetler. She married Harold J. “Sparky” Clark on April 8, 1955. He preceded her in death on Oct. 21, 2011.

Survivors include three sons, Michael J. (Donna) Clark, of Warsaw, Gregory A. Clark, of North Manchester, and Steven W. (Donna) Clark, of Parkland, FL; a daughter, Rhonda (Kim) Bradley, of Mentone; two brothers, Donald (Jackie) Hetler, of Warren, and Dennis Houston, of Huntington; a sister, Donna M. Dennis, of Huntington; a son-in-law, Edward Wolms, of Wisconsin; a step-father, Marvin Huston, of Huntington; 12 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Kimberly K. Wolms, who died in 2015.

Private services will be held at a later date. Burial will be at Oaklawn Cemetery, 600 Beckley St., North Manchester. Rev. J. P. Freeman will officiate. Arrangements have been entrusted to McKee Mortuary in North Manchester.
