Margaret "Jeanie" J. Hacker

Margaret "Jeanie" Jean Hacker, 64, of Huntington, IN, died Saturday, Oct. 10, 2020, at 4:50 a.m. at Millers Merry Manor in Huntington.

Mrs. Hacker graduated from Huntington North High School with the class of 1974 and worked at the Huntington City Township Public Library as an assistant. She also worked for the Huntington County Community School Corporation at Central School as a recess monitor. She was a member of the College Park Church in Huntington.

She was born on Feb. 20, 1956, in Huntington, to Robert and Elizabeth "Betty" Hendricks. She married Randy A. Hacker on April 12, 1975 in Huntington. He survives in Huntington.  
                                        
Additional survivors include two daughters, Keri E (Kenneth) Fields, of Bartlett, TN, and Anne M. Hacker, of Huntington; three brothers, David (Sally) Hendricks, of Florida, Jim Hendricks, of Florida, and Mike (Kim) Hendricks, of Indiana; and two sisters, Kathy Weber, of Indiana, and Susan (Don) Rentschler, of Indiana.

Calling will be held from Tuesday, Oct. 13, 2020, from 3 to 7:00 p.m., at Bailey-Love Mortuary, 35 W. Park Drive, Huntington.  

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, October 14, 2020, at 10 a.m. at Bailey-Love Mortuary with Rev. Gary Dilley officiating. There will be one hour of visitation prior to the service. Burial will be in Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Huntington.
