Lois A. Drabenstot-Feemster, 81, of Huntington, died on Sunday, Dec. 27, 2020, at the Heritage Pointe of Huntington.
Mrs. Drabenstot-Feemster graduated from West Rock Creek High School in Huntington County with the class of 1957. She was an employee of the Huntington County Community School Corporation for over 44 years. She retired in 2005 as school secretary. She was a member of the Markle United Methodist Church. She often volunteered at her church.
She was born on Nov. 7, 1939, in Huntington, to Lyle Watson and Marie "Hoch" Watson. She married G. LaVon Drabenstot on Oct. 15, 1961 in Majenica, and he preceded her in death on April 11, 1999. She later married Carl Feemster on June 18, 2005 in Markle. He survives in Huntington.
Additional survivors include a daughter, Debi (Dan) Bonner, of Huntington; two stepsons, Larry (Terrie) Feemster of Warren and Rick Feemster of Huntington; three stepdaughters, Patty (Ryan) Warner of Huntington, Sharon (Jeff) Bowman of Bluffton, and Brenda (Roger) Crawford of Chubbuck, ID;, a sister, Betty Smith, of Huntington; a grandson, Adam Bonner of Huntington; 11 step-grandchildren and several step-great grandchildren.
Private service will be held Thursday, Dec. 31 at Bailey-Love Mortuary, 35 W. Park Drive, Huntington, with Rev. Steven McPeek officiating.
