Barbara Elaine Hamilton, 79, of Fort Wayne, IN, and with ties to Huntington, IN, died Monday, Jan. 25, 2021, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne.
Mrs. Hamilton was a 1960 graduate of Cement City High School in Michigan. She worked as a laborer at Harris Kayot, Fort Wayne.
She was born on June 2, 1941, in Addison, MI, to James and Marjorie Shewman Blakley.
Survivors include a son, Delmas Hamilton, of Louisville, KY; three daughters, Marjorie (Brent) Veatch, formerly of Huntington, Patricia (George) Call, of Shipshewana, and Brenda Richardson, of Deltona, FL; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life service and private burial will take place at a later date. McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
