Ella Patricia “Pat” Furnish

Ella Patricia “Pat” Furnish, 88, of Warren, IN, died Friday, Feb. 12, 2021, at 8:55 p.m., at Heritage Pointe, Warren.

Mrs. Furnish was a graduate of Jefferson Township High School and graduated from beauty school as a licensed beautician. She worked as a beautician at Heritage Pointe for many years. She was a member of the Hillcrest Church of the Nazarene, in Warren.

She was born on March 4, 1932, in Grant County, to Wilbur L. and Marie (Fey) Stanley. She married Bud J. Furnish on Nov. 1, 1953. He preceded her in death on April 1, 1991.

Survivors include three sons Rick (Elaine) Furnish, of Warren, Dick (Joni) Furnish, of Huntington, and Randy (Deb) Furnish, of Warren; two daughters, Sherry (Perry) Jaynes, of Danville, IL, and Kathy (Noel) Ralston, of Warren; three brothers, Kenneth R. Stanley, of Indianapolis, Wayne L. (Carol) Stanley, of Marion, and Howard J. (Connie) Stanley, of Indianapolis; five sisters, Janet (Dave) Daughterty, of Warren, Mona (Jim) Pinkerton, of Warren, Catherine “Kate” King, of Warren, Mary Shaw, of Warren, and Fey Rita (Glenn) Benefiel, of Warren; a sister-in-law, Shirley Stanley, of Huntington; 11 grandchildren, Chris (Diana) Furnish, of Powder Springs, GA, Melissa (Dustin) Bailey, of Cumming, GA, Amber (Brad) Locke, of Green Bay, WI, Kara (Matt) Sweetman, of Indianapolis, Shanna (Dustin) Fortney, of Warren, Cameron Ralston, of Warren, Brent (Megan) Furnish, of Taylors, SC, Derek (Jenny) Furnish, of Warren, Adam Jaynes, of Louisville, KY, Setara (Kyle) Felton, of Huntington, Lauren (Scott) Korfhage, of Shepherdsville, KY; 16 great-grandchildren; two stepgrandchildren; and two stepgreat-grandchildren.

Calling will take place on Thursday, Feb. 18, from 4 to 8 p.m., and again on Friday, Feb. 18, from 10 to 11 a.m., at Hillcrest Church of the Nazarene Fellowship Hall, 406 E. 1st St. Warren. A celebration of life will follow the viewing on Friday with Rev. Gerald Moreland officiating. Social distancing and masks are required.

Burial will be at Gardens of Memory, in Marion.

Glancy-H. Brown & Son Funeral Home, Warren, is in charge of arrangements.

Memorials may be made to the Hillcrest Church of the Nazarene or the Bread of Life Food Pantry of Warren.
