Michael Earl Kaszowski Sr.

Michael Earl Kaszowski Sr., 63, of Bluffton, IN, and with ties to Huntington County, died Sunday March 14, 2021, at his residence.

Mr. Kaszowski was a 1975 graduate of Bristol High School in Bristolville. He served in the U.S. Navy. He was a millwright for General Motors for 27 years.

He was born on Aug. 18, 1957, in Warren, to Eugene M. Kaszowski and Nancy J. Newton Thirion, who survive.

Additional survivors include three sons, Michael E. Kaszowski Jr., of Huntington, Keith M. Kaszowski, of Sherwood, OH, and John C. Kaszowski, of Fort Wayne; a daughter, Kelli J. Kaszowski, of New Haven; three siblings, Mark E. (Cindy) Kaszowski, of Fort Wayne, Christine (Larry) Huff, of Warren, and Eugene Kaszowski Jr., of Oklahoma City, OK; and eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, Christopher Kaszowski.

Calling will take place on Saturday, March 20, 2021, from 4 to 6 p.m., at the Thoma / Rich, Lemler Funeral Home in Bluffton. Social Distancing will be practiced and masks will be required for visitation. A limited number of people will be allowed in the building at a time.

Memorials may be made to the Veterans Hospital of Fort Wayne. Envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.
