Max Lee Miller, 86, of Warsaw, IN, and with family in Huntington, IN, died Tuesday, May 25, 2021, at 2:51 p.m., at Mason Health and Rehabilitation Center in Warsaw.Mr. Miller was a 1953 graduate of Wabash High School. He retired from First Federal Bank (now Fifth 3rd Bank) in Merrillville. He was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Warsaw. He was also a member of the Kiwanis Club and Chamber of Commerce, both in Merrillville. He was born on Nov. 4, 1934, in Wabash, to Clarence and Faye Holcom Miller. He married Patricia Bellock on June 25, 1955, at the St. Bernard Catholic Church in Wabash. She survives in Warsaw. Additional survivors include three children, Christine (Mike) Martinez, of Valparaiso, Kevin (Lori) Miller, of Clayton, NC, and Mike (Mari) Miller, of Nashville, IN; a sister, Betty Riggers, of Huntington, seven grandchildren, Heather (Eric) Harrell, of Crown Point, Shaun Martinez, of Brooklyn, NY, Zach Miller, of Clayton, Jake Miller, of Clayton, Matt Miller, of Denver, CO, Emily Miller, of Indianapolis, and Molly Miller, of Indianapolis; and two great-grandsons
.A memorial mass will take place on Friday, June 4, 2021, at 11 a.m., at St. Bernard Catholic Church in Wabash. Rev. Levi Nkwocha will officiate. Inurnment will be in Garden of St. Bernard at Memorial Lawns Cemetery, Wabash. Grandstaff-Hentgen Funeral Service in Wabash is handling arrangements.
