Richard D. Phillips, 72, of Huntington, IN, died Tuesday, June 22, 2021, at 8 a.m., at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home, Fort Wayne.
Mr. Phillips retired from Bluffton Rubber Plant as a production worker.
He was born on Feb. 25, 1949, in Huntington, to James and Helen Gwynn Phillips.
Survivors include four sons, Richard D. (Millie) Phillips Jr., of Huntington, Mark Phillips, of Huntington, Matthew (Goiy) Phillips, of Huntington, and Christopher (Megan) Phillips, of Huntington; three daughters, Paula C. (Tyson) Burkhart, of Ossian, Tami Phillips, of Huntington, and Donnell (Regie Singleton) Phillips, of Columbia City; a brother, Donald Phillips, of Huntington; four sisters, Carol Psehes, of Huntington, Becky Phillip-Lahr, of Huntington, Patricia Rosen, of Huntington, and Debrah Larkey, of Huntington; 14 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
There will be no services held at this time. Bailey-Love Mortuary, Huntington, is in charge of arrangements.
