Margie Rose Crouch

Margie Rose Crouch, 83, of Fort Wayne, and with family ties to Huntington County, died Thursday, Jan. 27, 2022, at her residence.

Ms. Crouch attended Huntington High School and worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

She was born on Dec. 16, 1938, in Warsaw, to Howard and Laura King Farber.

Survivors include a daughter, Rose Marie Beck, of Andrews; two sons, Daniel (Dawn) Friedman, of Arkansas, and Darren Friedman, of North Manchester; four sisters, Madelyn Johnson, of Arizona, Carol Weaver, of Anderson, Gloria Urschel, of Huntington, and Beverly Smith, of Fort Wayne; a brother, Ronald (Karen) Farber, of Huntington; 10 grandchildren, Jamie (Jeff) Straley, of Andrews, Jeremy (Jen) Beck, of Wesley Chapel, FL, Justin (Laura) Beck, of Largo, FL, Sherri (Justin) Smith, of Huntington, Brett Friedman, of Huntington, Grant Friedman, of Indianapolis, Garret Friedman, of Goshen, Danny Oberkiser, of Alaska, Nick Oberkiser, of Alaska, and Crystal Friedman of Alaska; 12 great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.

She was preceded in death by a son, David Friedman.

Calling will take place on Friday, Feb. 11, 2022, from 1 to 3 p.m., at Bailey-Love Mortuary, Huntington. A funeral service will follow immediately after.

Burial will be in Gardens of Memory in Marion.
