Janet K. Kreienbrink, 79, of Roanoke, died on Sunday, March 27, at 11:58 p.m., at Kindrid Hospital in Lima, OH.
Mrs. Kreienbrink graduated from Churubusco High School and received her Associate in Business degree from St. Francis College. She was a Member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, Roanoke where she belonged to the Rosary Society. She also was a member oftWomen of the Moose in Columbia City and served as a Girl Scout leader and Boy Scout den mother.
She was born August 19, 1942, in Fort Wayne, to LeRoy and Dorothy Sherbahn Hickman. She married Jerry Kreienbrink on April 28, 1962, in Huntington. He survives in Roanoke.
Additional survivors include two daughters, Christine (Edward) Brames of Woodburn and Marla (Stan) Bowman of Roann; a son Ronald (Ann) Kreienbringk of New Haven; seven grandchildren Diana (Chris) Beard, Bryan (Lori) Bowman, Kathy (Stu) Luthe, Matthew Bowman, Elizabeth (Roberto) Malendez and seven great-grandchildren.
Calling will take place on Thursday, March 31, from 2 to 4 p.m. and 5 to 7 p.m., at Roanoke Memorial Chapel of Deal-Rice Funeral Homes with a rosary service at 2 p.m. Additional calling will take place on Friday, April 1 from 9 to 10 a.m., with funeral services immediately following at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Roanoke.
Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Roanoke.
