Ronald Leon Ruble

Ronald Leon Ruble, 83 of Warren, of Warren, died on Wednesday, April 13, at 1:07 a.m., at his home.

Mr. Ruble served in the U.S. Air Force.  He was a member of St. James Lutheran Church in Marion. He worked for the Railroad for 20 years and then for the City of Huntington for 13 years.

He was born on July 27, 1938, in Huntington County, to Virgil and Dora Murphy Ruble. He mar-ried Carol Jean Cravens in Brown County in 1960.  She survives him in Warren.

Additional survivors include two sons Trent (Tami) Ruble, of Fort Wayne and Stacy (Isora) Ru-ble, of Davidsonville, Maryland; a daughter, Rhonda (James) Scott of Cleburne, Texas; a sister, Helen Campbell, of Warren; a brother, Richard Ruble, of Houston, Texas, nine grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.

Calling will take place at on Monday April 18, from 2 to 3 p.m., with a celebration of life service immediately following at Glancy-H. Brown & Son Funeral Home in Warren. Rev. Gary Dilley will offi-ciate.

Burial will take place in Woodlawn Cemetery in Warren, with military rites performed by the U.S. Air Force.
