Tommy “Tom” B. Berry, of Andrews, passed away Saturday, July16, 2022, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. He was 71 years old.
Berry was born on January 6, 1951, in Lackey, KY, to Mitchell Berry and Eva (Trusty) Berry.
He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and was proud to be Vietnam War Veteran. He married the love of his life Lisa Cozad on February 11, 1972, in Huntington, IN. He retired from Isolatek International after 39 years of service in 2016. Berry loved to be outdoors, whether it be fishing or mushroom hunting. He also enjoyed gardening, where he would grow various vegetables such as corn. Berry was very honored to be able to have a hand in raising
his granddaughter, Olivia, the two of them held a very special bond.
Survivors include his wife, Lisa Berry of Andrews; son, Bart M. (Tammy) Berry of Huntington; granddaughter, Olivia (Gavin Baker) Rosen of Huntington.
He is preceded in death by his father, Mitchell Berry, mother, Eva Berry, daughter, Krisha Goode, sister, Lola Wilcox, and brother, Michael Berry.
There will be no services held at this time. Burial will be in Marion National Cemetery in Marion at a later date.
