Pamela Jones

Pamela J. Jones, 69, of Huntington passed away on the morning of Saturday May 6, 2023 at her residence surrounded by her family.  Pam was known for her love of family, and always putting others first.  She grew the most beautiful flower gardens.  Pam enjoyed her two Boston terriers but most of all she enjoyed going out on the pontoon, or taking a scenic drive with her loving husband Bill.  Pam worked as a press operator for 17 years at Wabash Magnetic and most recently at Majestic since 1999.  She later retired from Pathfinders Services in 2016.  John 16:22 “So with you: Now is your time of grief, but I will see you again and you will rejoice, and no one will take away your joy.”

Pam was born on January 4, 1954 in Huntington the daughter of the late James and Martha (Denman) Pollock.

She was united in marriage to William Jones on June 27, 1972 in Roanoke. This June they would have celebrated 51 years of marriage.  Her husband survives.

Additional survivors include two sons: Shane (Kristi) Jones of Fort Wayne, and Malcom Jones of Fort Wayne; two daughters: Christie Berry of Huntington, and Lisa (Sam) Powell of Ossian; and eleven grandchildren whom Pam deeply loved.

She was preceded in death by her parents

Visitation will take place on Tuesday May 9, 2023 from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Myers Funeral Home, Huntington Chapel, 2901 Guilford St., Huntington, Indiana.

A graveside service will take place on Tuesday May 9, 2023 following the visitation at Beech Grove Cemetery in Huntington.
