Max Frederick Coffield, age 83, of Huntington, IN, passed away on Friday, July 21, 2023, at The Waters of Huntington.
Max was born on April 3, 1940, in Hartford City, IN, to the late Ralph and Mary (Bedwell) Coffield. His parents preceded him in death.
Max was a 1958 graduate of Montpelier High School and a member of the National Guard. He retired after many years of service at the Paper Mill in Marion, IN.
Max is survived by one daughter, Brenda Coffield, TX; one sister, Mary Kay (Roger) Strine, Hartford City, IN; and several nieces and nephews.
Along with his parents he was preceded in death by four brothers, Ralph Coffield, Raymond Coffield, Robert Coffield, and John Roberts.
To honor the wishes of Max there will be no calling hours or services.
A private burial will be at Gardens of Memory, Marion, IN.
