Sharon A. Adkins, 77, of Montpelier, IN, passed away at 5:54 PM on Friday, July 28, 2023 at her home in Montpelier, IN. She was born on Wednesday, March 13, 1946, in Monticello, KY. Sharon attended Montpelier High School. She attended the Kingsley Full Gospel Church. Sharon had worked at Sheller Globe, Montpelier, and UTA in Berne. She enjoyed cooking, quilting, and loved spending time at her camper at Prairie Creek Reservoir.
She will be sadly missed by her Son - Robbie (Jessica) Reynolds, Decatur, IN, Sisters - Irene (Pat Martinez) Vanskyock, Hartford City, IN, Polly Dishman, Montpelier, IN, Brother - James (Linda) Turner, Montpelier, IN, Grandchildren - Kasey (Kurtis) Rinker, Montpelier, IN, Jerod (Kaitlyn) Reynolds, Hartford City, IN, Bo (Kasey) Ely, Upland, IN, Matt Ely, Montpelier, IN, Ashley Gatto, Bluffton, IN, Addaley Reynolds, Decatur, IN, and several Great Grandchildren, and Nieces & Nephews.
She was preceded in death by her Father - Winsted Turner, Mother - Agnes (Pryor) Turner, Daughter - Laura "Ann" Scholer, Son - Jeffrey "Allen" Reynolds, Brothers - J.D. Turner, Johnnie B. Turner, Bules Turner, Oscar Turner, Sisters - Geneva Dishman, Juanita Adams, and Great Grandson- Jenson Reynolds.
Family and friends may gather to share and remember at Walker & Glancy Funeral Home 109 W Windsor St Montpelier on Monday, July 31, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
A service to celebrate her life will follow at 1:00 PM on Monday, July 31, 2023 with Pastor Ferrell Long officiating. Interment will follow in the Brookside Memorial Park in Montpelier.
