Doris T. Heyde, 72, of Huntington, passed away at 7:55 am Tuesday, August 15, 2023 at her residence.
Doris was born on December 22, 1950 in Huntington, IN, the daughter of Clarence Teusch and Ruby (Burns) Teusch. She graduated from Huntington High School with the Class of 1969 and married Larry Heyde on December 30, 1969 in Avon Park, FL. Doris was a Homemaker, and she worked at the family business, Heyde Service. She also worked at Kmart and at Miami Tool and Die. She loved playing Pinochle, shopping on Amazon, and spending time with her grandchildren.
Survivors include her loving Husband, Larry Heyde of Huntington, IN; Two Sons, Thomas J. (Ashley) Heyde of Huntington, IN, Mathew D. (Shannon) Heyde of Van Buren, IN; Four Grandchildren, Dakota Heyde of Ft. Wayne, IN, Jamison Heyde of Huntington, IN, Connor Heyde of Huntington, IN, and Randi Casto of Van Buren, IN; Sister, Sue Jackson of Huntington, IN. She is preceded in death by her Father, Clarence Teusch, Mother, Ruby Teusch, Brothers, Jack, Donnie, Mike, Tom, and Joe Teusch, and Sister, Linda Shepperd.
Graveside Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm, on Friday, August 18, 2023 at Mt. Hope Cemetery, 1700 W. Park Drive, Huntington, IN. with Fr. Tony Steinaker officiating. Preferred memorials may be made in memory of Doris to the Huntington County Cancer Services, in care of Bailey-Love Mortuary, 35 West Park Drive, Huntington, IN, 46750.
