Nancy Joan Kilty, 81, of Huntington, passed away at 10:55 pm Friday, August 18, 2023 at her residence.
Nancy was born on March 25, 1942 in Huntington, IN, the daughter of Frank Lee and Mary (Drabenstot) Lee. She married Duane Lee Kilty on December 29, 1956 in Ft. Wayne, IN. Nancy was a Homemaker and a member of the Emanuel United Brethren Church, Ft. Wayne. She enjoyed swimming and synchronized swimming, and many times as a youth she would swim across Lake Claire. Her family was her life and she loved spending time with them all. She always put everyone above herself.
Survivors include her loving Husband of 66 years, Duane Lee Kilty of Huntington, IN; Two Sons, Duane Lee Kilty, Jr. of Lexington, KY, Roger E. Kilty of Huntington, IN; Daughter, Deborah K. Kilty of Huntington, IN; Sister, Katherine A. (LeRoy) Scott of Huntington, IN; Seven Grandchildren; and Twenty-Two Great Grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her Mother, Mary Catherine Lee, and her Father, Frank C. Lee.
Visitation will be from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm Thursday, August 24, 2023 at Bailey-Love Mortuary, 35 West Park Drive, Huntington, IN. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, August 24, 2023 at Bailey-Love Mortuary with Pastor Steve Crum officiating. Burial will be in Pilgrims Rest Cemetery in Huntington.
