Schwartz, 7 months & 20 days old, of rural Bryant, IN, (Bear Creek Twp., Jay Co.) passed away at 4:33 PM on Sunday, August 27, 2023 at Riley Hospital For Children in Indianapolis, IN. from a bacterial infection. He was born on Saturday, January 7, 2023, in Geneva, IN. Jake J. was of the Old Order Amish Church.
Survivors include his Parents - Jake H. & Marie E.M. (Coblentz) Schwartz, Bryant, IN, Sister - Marie J. Schwartz, Bryant, IN, Paternal Grandparents - Jonas J. & Mary B. Schwartz, Geneva, IN, Maternal Grandparents - Menno E. & Effie V. Coblentz, Portland, IN, and many Aunts, Uncles & Cousins.
Visitation will be held at the Jake Schwartz residence 1415 E. 800 N. Bryant, IN. on Monday, August 28, 2023 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, August 29, 2023.
A Funeral Service will be held at the Jake Schwartz residence at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, August 30, 2023 with Bishop Daniel Shetler officiating. Interment will follow in the Bear Creek Amish Cemetery in Jay Co.
