Anna Catherine Church, 89, of Marion, IN, and having family members in Andrews, IN, died Wednesday, Sept. 1, 2010, at Marion General Hospital in Marion.

Mrs. Church was retired from St. Regis Paper, where she had worked for 30 years, and was previously employed by Farnsworth. She attended Bethel Friends Church and its Sunday school class.

She was born Oct. 4, 1920, in Hillsboro, KY, to Roy and Ruby Baker McKee. She married Howard Church on Aug. 14, 1943. Her husband preceded her in death on June 24, 1999.

Survivors include a daughter, Lois LeeAnn (Rick) Coburn, of Andrews; two sons, Dr. Stephen (Diane) Church, of St. Matthews, KY, and Duane Church, of Marion; three sisters, Eileen Whitton, of Marion; Maxine Turner, of Cincinnati, OH; and Colleen (Wendell) Johnson, of Fleminsburg, KY; a brother, Gilbert (Joan) McKee, of Fort Wayne; five grandchildren, Matthew (Kelly) Church, Ryan (Jeni) Church, Megan Church, Emily (John) Malloy and Richard (Julie) Coburn; and four great-grandchildren.

Calling is Friday, Sept. 3, 2010, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m., with a service following at 4 p.m., at Needham-Storey-Wampner Funeral Service, North Chapel, 1341 N. Baldwin Ave., Marion. Rev. Rod Dennis will officiate. A graveside rite will be conducted Tuesday, Sept. 7, at 2 p.m. at Locust Cemetery, Fleming County, KY.
