Jake Essig converted a deflection off the Hanover goalkeeper in the second overtime for the only goal of the game to give the Huntington University men's soccer team a 1-0 win over host Hanover on Tuesday, Sept. 4.

Essig's score at 104:42 broke a scoreless dual between Forester goalie Drew Mattingly and Hanover keeper John Seewer. Mattingly stopped four shots in the game and Seewer had six saves on the afternoon.
