DAR will hear World War II program

The local chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution will hold its first meeting of 2012-13 on Wednesday, Sept. 19.

The meeting will be held from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. in the DAR Room on the second floor of the Huntington County Courthouse. Nancy Kramer and Shirley Brown will serve as hostesses.

H. Stanley Huff will present the program on "World War II Memories."
