The Huntington North High School girls' varsity cross country team finished 15th out of 26 teams with a score of 430 at the Flashrock Invitational on Saturday, Sept. 15.
Kayla Patrick was the top finisher for the Lady Vikings at 20:19.4, good for 71st place among scoring runners.
Robyn Karst was second for Huntington North at 20:21.0 and in 75th place. Hannah Stoffel placed 83rd in 20:31.6, Marie Ditzler was 84th in 20:31.8 and Karson Rowe was 117th in 21:01.0 to round out the scoring for the Lady Vikings.
Also running for the varsity team were Stephanie McElhaney at 126th in 21:14.9 and Marissa Jamison at 136th in 21:29.8.
Carroll won the invitational with a score of 83.
Malyka Abramson, of Avon, was the individual champion at 17:51.4.
