The Town of Markle will hold a Wellhead Protection Local Planning Team meeting on Monday, Sept. 24, at 6:30 p.m. at 150 W. Sparks St.

The local planning team is charged with making decisions on how to best protect the drinking water from potential sources of contamination.

The meeting is open to the public.
