Quarterback Denver Burkley threw for two touchdowns and ran for a third to lead the Huntington North High School junior varsity football team to a 46-0 rout of visiting Marion on Monday, Sept. 24.

Burkley threw scoring strikes to Scott McClellan and Elliot Forth.

Dan Jacobs and Drew Fawcett also ran for a touchdown apiece, and John Miller returned one of his two interceptions for a score as the Vikings improved to 4-2.

Brady Herr had two two-point conversions for HNHS, and Fawcett, Charleston Dydasco and Adam Woods each had one.
