A strong host Fort Wayne Snider team dominated the Huntington North High School boy's tennis team in a 5-0 win on Tuesday, Sept. 25.
Junior Tommy Bolinger at second singles was the brightest spot for HNHS on the day as he battled Tyler Davis in a 5-7, 6-7 loss.
At first singles, Aaron Gilmore lost to Matt Golm, 4-6, 1-6, and Matt Sieberns at third singles fell 2-6, 0-6, to Matt Krites.
Dylan Baumgartner and Andrew Smith lost at first doubles to Zach Dunbar and Taylor Hansen, 0-6, 4-6, and the second doubles team of Wyatt Nave and Cameron Buzzard lost to Stephan Halstead and Greg Shodo, 2-6, 1-6.
Tristan Thieken got the lone HNHS junior varsity win in three matches as he beat Ashtron McKuias, 6-0.
Thieken also lost to Matt BeHaven, 1-8, and Hunter Phillips lost to Connor Asbury, 5-8.
