Jack Barlow, of Barlow Appliances & More in Huntington, has been elected to a three-year term on the local board of BrandSource Mid-America.

Barlow will serve as a board member from Jan.1, 2013, through Dec. 31, 2015.

BrandSource is a member-owned and member-managed buying and marketing group that includes approximately 6,000 appliance, electronics, bedding, home furnishings and floor covering stores across the country.

The Mid-America region of BrandSource includes Indiana and Ohio and is managed by seven local board members. The organization hosts regional events and meetings as well as two group-wide trade shows and conventions each year.
