Indiana State Police Trooper Shaun Armes talks to Huntington County Courthouse employees on Friday, Oct. 26, explaining how to escape should someone with a gun begin shooting in the courthouse. Sheriff Terry Stoffel, who arranged for Armes' talk, said courthouse employees could become targets of someone upset over a tax bill, a court case or other matter. Armes is a member of the ISP's emergency Response Team (SWAT), which would respond to such incidents.
