The Andrews Town Council will hold a special meeting on Monday, Feb. 4, at 3 p.m. in the Andrews Town Hall meeting room.

The meeting is being held for the second reading of Ordinance 2012-15 and any other matters brought before the Council.

The town hall is located at 66 N. Main St., Andrews.
