Huntington University senior Jamon Hammel has been recognized by the Fort Wayne Chapter of Financial Executives International.
Hammel is a senior accounting and business management major from Andrews.
He was recognized as one of five outstanding students in the discipline of accounting and finance.
The annual student awards night was held April 22 at the Fort Wayne Hotel.
