JD's Restaurant and Bar will host a fund-raising event for Alexis Fairchild and Sidney Good, two girls from Huntington County who suffered critical injuries in a parasailing accident in Panama Beach, FL.

The event will take place at JD's on Tuesday, July 9, from 3 to 9 p.m.

Micki Beekman will serve all guests, donating 100 percent of her tip money to the families of the injured girls.

JD's Restaurant and Bar is a 21 and older establishment, and is located at 426 Warren St., Huntington.
