The Huntington North High School boys' soccer team came up a goal short in a 2-1 loss to host Fort Wayne South Side on Friday, Aug. 30.
The Vikings, 1-3, cut the Archers two goal lead to one on a second half goal by Tyler Henline off a feed from Zach Baldridge.
Viking goalkeeper Caleb Stoffel recorded five saves on the afternoon.
South Side scored a goal in each half to get the 2-0 lead. Vicente Nino scored in the first half and Justin Thammachack, who assisted on the first Archer goal, got the eventual game-winner in the second half.
