The Huntington North High School girls' varsity cross country team finished fourth out of 11 teams at the DeKalb High School Baron Classic on Saturday, Aug. 31.
Sophomore Hannah Stoffel led the way for the Lady Vikings, placing 13th in 20:09.46.
After Stoffel, freshman Cadee Harmon posted a personal record time of 21:05.92 to take 20th, senior Cassidy Johnson finished 29th in 21:41.33, junior Emily Eherenman clocked in at 21:51.24 to place 31st and junior Stephanie McElhaney was 34th with a time of 21:57.03.
Sophomore Marisa Jamison was 42nd in 22:14.79 and junior Taryn Doering was 45th in 22:23.98 to round out the team.
Carroll won the invitational with 26 points, followed by Northridge with 75, Concordia Lutheran with 97 and Huntington North with 124.
Madison Fruchey, of Carroll, was the individual champion, clocking in at 19:19.52.
