Ed Farris, of Purdue University's Extension Office, and a local panel of agriculture experts will be at the Feb. 12 Huntington Univeristy Foundation Breakfast to give an update on new technologies and innovative ideas for modern farming operations.
They will talk about the challenges farmers face as they apply some of these methods to feed a growing population.
The Foundation Breakfast is open to the public. It will begin at 7:45 a.m. in the Habecker Dining Commons at Huntington University and conclude by 9 a.m. First-time attendees eat free courtesy of Bailey-Love Mortuary.
