Bob Troyer Realty, in Huntington, has grown.
The business recently expanded its sales staff by four. It was a move made in anticipation of a busy spring, says Bob Troyer, owner.
"I definitely feel that the marketplace has turned around," he says. "The only thing that stands in the way is the other problems, the cold and the weather and so forth. But I'm very optimistic that this spring is going to be a good spring for the housing industry."
New sales associates are Belinda Clancy, Christina Hosler, Pat Randolph and Gary Scare. Their duties will include listing and selling residential properties.
Clancy resides in Huntington with her husband of 27 years, Jim. They have four sons, Jimmy, Markus, Matthew and Lance.
She can be reached at 415-9463.
Hosler is a lifelong Huntington County native who resides in rural Warren with her two children. She holds a bachelor's in business management and marketing.
She can be reached at 228-1570.
Randolph resides in Huntington with his wife Vickie. They have four children and five grandchildren.
He can be reached at 224-9046.
Scare and his wife Cheryl currently reside in southern Wells County, with the goal of relocating to Huntington County. They have four daughters, two sons and five grandchildren.
Scare can be reached at 739-4121.
In addition to being a sales associate, Scare is also a licensed auctioneer.
"If we need to have an auction for a house, or in the case of an estate or some property also, we can offer that service through Gary," says Troyer.
