4-H’ers display wood projects

Projects of all shapes and sizes from 4-H woodworkers were brought to the Huntington County Fairgrounds on Friday, July 23, to be judged and subsequently displayed for the fair. Submissions were divided by grade level. Below are the results of the project judging:

WOODWORKING
Grades 3-4, Level A

Eli Dinius, champion; Laurel Dinius, reserve champion.
Blue ribbon with merit: Weston Dettmer.
Blue ribbons: Connor Cuttriss, Jacob Hosler, Dawson Husband, Cooper Lauer, Keira McCoy, David McMillan, Lukas Rakoczy and Caden VanOsdale.

Grades 5-6, Level B
Isaac Dinius, champion; Dalton Couch, reserve champion.

Blue ribbons with merit: Isaiah Goeglein and Colton Whitacre.

Blue ribbons: Cody Carroll, Daniel Garner and Joseph Sorg.

Grades 7-9, Level C
Ceaten Brubaker, champion; Peyton Lauer, reserve champion.

Blue ribbon with merit: Charleigh Rupert.
Blue ribbons: Hadley Parsons, Eli Ramp and Andrew Sorg.

Grades 10-12, Level D
Kole Keiffer, champion; Lesley Zook, reserve champion.
Blue ribbon with merit: Jared Cartwright.

Blue ribbons: Cole Little and Zachary Ramp.
